Fergus pricing explained

Prices copied from each company's own Australian pricing page on 25 October 2026. They change, so check before you sign up.

What would it cost you?

Monthly cost on the cheapest plan that fits your numbers, including GST where we can work it out. Plans differ in features, so the cheapest isn't always the best fit: check what each plan includes.

Essentials or Professional?

Fergus lists Essentials from $53 and Professional from $77 per user a month. Its pricing page doesn't say whether those prices include GST, so confirm before you budget.

Staff who only need to clock on and off can be timesheet users from $26 a month, which keeps the cost down for bigger crews with a few office or field staff.

There's no lock-in contract, and Fergus offers a free one-hour onboarding session. Its pricing page also shows a lower introductory price, so check what's on offer when you sign up.

For a two-person business, Essentials comes to about $106 a month before any GST. Compare that with ServiceM8 and Tradify in the calculator above.
